Word of the day – Sempiternal

June 22, 2011

Sempiternal: Means Everlasting or eternal from the latin roots “semper” (“always” – e.g. “semper fidelis” = “always faithful” – and ternus (relating to time – e.g. “eternal” = “outside of time”).

I came across this word in the comments here and thought I would share it!
